JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN 2014 TRUST REVOCATION OF TRUST Pursuant to Article I, Section 1.3, Paragraph C of the Amendment and Restatement of the Jeffrey E. Epstein 2014 Trust, dated May 1, 2015, by and among Jeffrey E. Epstein, as Grantor (the "Grantor"), and Darren K. Indyke, James E. Staley and David Mitchell, as Trustees (collectively, the "Trustees"), as the same was amended pursuant to that certain First Amendment to the Amendment and Restatement of the Jeffrey E. Epstein 2014 Trust, which was signed by the Grantor on September 1, 2015, and by the Trustees on September 8, 2017, September 29, 2017 and September 21, 2017, respectively (the "Trust"), the Grantor does hereby revoke the Trust in its entirety effective as of the date set forth below.
