AMENDMENT TO RESTATED TRUST THE JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN 2001 TRUST TWO I am the Grantor of THE JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN 2001 TRUST TWO ("the Restated Trust"). Pursuant to Article TWELFTH of the Restated Trust, I have the power to amend the Restated Trust. I hereby make this AMENDMENT to the Restated Trust as follows: FIRST I hereby delete as a beneficiary under Article FIRST (b) (v) of the Trust and add in her place the following: "First (b) (v) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) to LAWRENCE VISOSKI, if he is then living.
