FD-302 (Rev. 5-8-10) -1 of 2- [VICTIM NAME REDACTED] Oze Date of entry 02/09/2021 [VICTIM NAME REDACTED], date of birth [[VICTIM NAME REDACTED]], was interviewed over video conference by AUSA , AUSA , AUSA Detective and Special Agent . Also present for this interview was LOUTHAN's attorneys Jay Musoff and Brandon Zamudio. After being advised of the identity of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, LOUTHAN provided the following information: LOUTHAN grew up in Scotland. He went to high school at "Millfield" school which was located in Somerset (south of England). LOUTHAN did not attend college. LOUTHAN started working as a PA in New York in 1979. He then moved on to work in production management and now works as a producer. He has a home in Hollywood but spends lots of time in Europe. He is currently in Los Angeles. LOUTHAN first met GHISLAINE MAXWELL at Millfield school in the early to mid-1970's. LOUTHAN was not that close with her but he knew of her. She was well known because of her status and she would often have helicopters pick her up from school. LOUTHAN left for New York after finishing school and didn't have contact with her for many years after that. He began to know her socially at some point by seeing her at events. They would say hello to each other and joke about school. LOUTHAN did not have much knowledge of the details of her life at this time. This was around late 2001. During the summer of 2016, MAXWELL reached out to LOUTHAN. LOUTHAN had been dating someone that MAXWELL knew named . MAXWELL asked LOUTHAN about and if she was involved with EPSTEIN. This call was about and was not about LOUTHAN. MAXWELL wanted to know if she was involved with an investigation or with EPSTEIN. MAXWELL asked LOUTHAN to talk to about it. LOUTHAN dodged this question. MAXWELL asks LOUTHAN to reach out to .. This phone call was a blast from the past for LOUTHAN and he was shocked that MAXWELL called him. It was unusual for MAXWELL to call him. LOUTHAN felt that maybe EPSTEIN was in trouble again and that's why MAXWELL was calling him. Sometime after this call LOUTHAN calls to tell her that MAXWELL called him. was shocked and told LOUTHAN not to talk to her. LOUTHAN does not think he ever spoke to MAXWELL after this. LOUTHAN started dating in the summer of 2015. He had already known her for about 3-5 years prior to that. He would see her out and about but every time he would see her she was always dating someone else. He was originally introduced to her by friends. They dated for about a year or less. LOUTHAN and still talk regularly. LOUTHAN had known that knew MAXWELL and EPSTEIN but they really didn't discuss them. She was clear that she did not like MAXWELL or EPSTEIN but they did not go into details on why. It was 's tone that would let LOUTHAN know she did not like them. If their names came up, would turn white and sometimes stammer. never told LOUTHAN how she met MAXWELL. LOUTHAN knew they met a while back and possibly in London. LOUTHAN wasn't entirely aware there was a case but he knew that something was going on. At the time, LOUTHAN thought that EPSTEIN had been acquitted. had given LOUTHAN very few details of this case. She was sensitive about it so LOUTHAN did not talk about it. has not really talked about any detail regarding her and EPSTEIN and MAXWELL. After receiving a phone call from Detective , LOUTHAN called . 'I'll'. tells LOUTHAN that she's involved in the EPSTEIN case and she herself had given an interview and that LOUTHAN can mention her name. MAXWELL may have introduced LOUTHAN to EPSTEIN briefly on one occasion at an event in London in the early 2000's. Outside of this, they did not hang out with them. EFTA00083811
