I am an owner of an aviation company (Lyon Aviation Inc) that flies people around the world irlpSvate jets. I have worked with a Customs Agent out of Albany NY in the past One of the tips I provided was on or about February 7th or 8th 2015. We transported a lone woman of Massachusetts to St. Thomas on February 07th 2015 from Boston and returned her on February 10th 2015. We found this odd that this woman was flying privately, because she didn't appear to be able to afford this flight that may have costs $35,000. I suspected this woman might have or be transporting drugs. She was questioned for several hours by ST Thomas Customs on her return. The only info gathered was that she was an escort and not drug related. This woman was transported to and from St. Thomas on a private helicopter to a nearby island. Being in the private flying arena for 35 years one tends to learn patterns and flight requests. I was always keenly aware of one particular "Charter Broker ( Dan Ryan, owner of BIG FLY INC.MININIIIIINIS who appeared to be working for the same person (many years) and filling numerous requests to the island of St. Thomas from all different parts of the USA. A "Charter Broker" doesn't own or operate aircraft, but represents clients in finding aircraft for their particular missions. This particular flight that we performed on behalf of Dan Ryan always stuck in my head. One reason was the frequency of the requests to the same island and because these were great revenue requests. I always thought these flights were for someone in the St. Thomas region bringing in many guests and had to be quite wealthy. After the Epstein story broke the news, I instantly remembered the Boston St. Thomas flight and knew with almost certainty that Dan Ryan was the "CHARTER BROKER" fulfilling the requests to transport people into and of out of St. Thomas on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein or his representatives. I'm sure Dan will have passenger names and where he was being paid from. Again the requests originated in many parts of the USA and Los Angeles was one of the more favorite routes.
