One is marked "SEALED DOCUMENT" and the second is marked "CONFIDENTIAL." Each of the sealed envelopes was contained in an open envelope addressed to AUSA from the same law firm (photos of those two open envelopes are also attached). Is it alright for me to ask the vendor to open both envelopes and scan the contents for my office to review? I know your office indicated we could review the entire file, but I wanted to check before opening a sealed envelope.
