Here are the steps to create your tags: 1. Open up any document 2. At the right of the screen click on edit 3. Under the field you want to add the tag (for this case all tags are under issue designation) find manage and click Manage on it. 4. The following window will appear: EFTA00088733 Documenl Issue Designation Save Save and Close Close Manage Choices (26) 0 Filter 0 Hot Document 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 Click to add a choice See All Choices Al I 0 Add Choice 0 Add Many Choices B- 5. You can click on add choice to add a single choice (tag) or add many choice to add multiple choices (tags) at one time. When you click on add many choices you will see the following: EFTA00088734 Document:Issue Designation Save and Close Close Manage Choices (26) 0 See All ( Filter j F gi I 0 Add Choice 0 Add Many Choices O Complaints O Potential Leads O Civil Case Copy and paste choices. Race each choice on a separate line. Apply Cancel Add all of your choices and then click apply. 6. Issue designation). Please note that if you want to add this to an existing field that such as issue designation you should see something that says manage and you can add this tag to that field as well. Thank you.
