Epstein Hello The vendor has told me that there are issues with the data for SDFL data that was scanned. Here are the issues: 1. The vendor sent us all color tiff images. Anything that color images these need to be in jpg format. The images need to be single page tiff (black and white) or single page jpg (color images) 2. The image load file that was sent to us (.opt) is incomplete. The opt file contains 108,582 images, but the image folder only contains 58,468 files. There was nothing wrong with the data file (.dat file) that we received, and the data from .dat file was loaded to the database. Can you please have the vendor send us a new image files along with a new .opt file so we can make this data available for review. Please let me know if there are any questions.
