Ref: fVf1F NU MEM TO FILE Subject: Telephone Conversation on July 8, 2019 Time of Call: 12:20pm Participants: NU (Todd), AUSAME and Investigate On July 8, 2019 at approximately 12:20pm, the Central Islip office of the US Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York (EDNY), received a phone call from an individual who would only identify himself a= AUSA and Investigator spoke with had initially called the Southern District of New York (SDNY) in hopes of speaking with an investigator concerning information he has regarding the current SDNYJeffrey Epstein (Epstein) investigation. But =was not pleased with the SDNY receptionist and proceeded to call the EDNY. advised that he does not trust the FBI. was raised in Arkansas and had once worked for Bill and Hillary Clinton.Malso claimed to have been a friend of the multi-millionaire Epstein since he a was sixteen or seventeen years old. Beginning in the 1980s and continuing until approximately 2012,Mttended "circuit parties" which were drunken orgies hosted by Epstein and attended by politicians, judges and law enforcement officials. The parties were hastily arranged at the last minute. Epstein made video recordings on Epstein's island in the British Virgin Islands. Epstein gave young women and some young males as well, liquor until they were drunk. They then engaged in sex acts with Epstein which were videotaped. claimed to have knowledge of at least a dozen young runaway women, from Mexico and elsewhere, who complained of their abuse and were then taken away on a boat from the island and never seen again. _claimed to have been present during the recording of such activities and claimed to know the identities of victims and witnesses involved in the current federal investigation into Epstein. -furthered thatMM who alleges that she was molested by Epstein when she was underage, is not lying. -stated that Epstein is dangerous and has no regard for human life. Epstein also has powerful people protecting him, people who will do anything to save their careers. Epstein has EFTA00092078 a chokehold on half of the state of Florida._cited a civil suit brought against Epstein in Florida that "they" had squashed. Epstein has a cache of videos with a host of people. Epstein has a brute of a bodyguard, a Jamaican named Zoe. At the conclusion of the conversation advised that he would later provide a phone number that he could be reached at. Shortly thereafter a voice mail message was received from providing IM as his contact number. At approximately 2:00p was called and a voice mail message was left.
