Dear U.S. Attorney Strauss, By way of introduction, I was a Special Agent assigned to the FBINYO's Foreign Counter-Intelligence Division and to the Organized Criminal Division at separate time periods from 1978 to 1988. Also, I was a U.S. Army Lt. Colonel who served two combat tours of duty in the Vietnam War (1967-68; 1970-71) and was latet assigned to "Operation Desert Shield" (Iraqi Freedom). Prior to my false arrest by the FBI on Nov. 4, 1988, I had prepared an extensive manuscript concerning serious matters that went unheeded by my FBI supervisors.
