We would return the files to Florida as soon as the vendor completes the copying process. We are requesting the files so that we can be sure to have a complete copy of all case records. This is necessary as part of our investigation, but in addition we will need to make sure we have a copy of all FBI materials so that we can be confident we can comply with our discovery applications, should this investigation result in criminal charges.
