JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN 2019 TRUST THIS TRUST AGREEMENT dated January 18, 2019 ("Agreement"), by and among JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN, as Grantor (the "Grantor"), and DARREN K. INDYKE and RICHARD D. KAHN, as Trustees (the "Trustees"). The Grantor hereby pays over, assigns, grants, conveys, transfers and delivers to the Trustees the property described in Schedule A annexed hereto and made a part hereof, to be administered and disposed of as provided in this Agreement, with any additions, changes, or amendments to this Agreement. The trust created by this Agreement ("Trust") shall be known as the "The Jeffrey E. Epstein 2019 Trust". The Grantor hereby expressly revokes The Jeffrey E. Epstein 2018 Trust previously created by him, and as of the date of execution of this Agreement, The Jeffrey E. Epstein 2018 Trust shall have no force and effect.
