Significant Developments in Cases • EFTA00099000 • US N G hislaine Maxwell USAO (AUSAs : On June 29, 2020 a grand jury returned a six count indictment charging Maxwell for her role in facilitating Epstein's abuse of minor girls. Maxwell was arrested on July 2 at a residence in New Hampshire and has been detained since. Trial is scheduled for November 29, 2021. The team has been buried in pretrial motions and the like, but they are churning out amazing work product and Judge Nathan has largely ruled for us on the significant pretrial motions.
