Mr Epstein (65) is a level 3 registered sex offender and has been sighted several times riding a bicycle on the Palm Beach bike path accompanied by a very young girl. Age unknown, caucasian, brunette, wearing a ponytail. Source claims the girl does not look older than 18. Mr. Epstein does not have children, grandchildren or young neices. I gave the details to Mn When I contacted the Palm Beach police dept last week they had no knowledge of the incident. This is the third sighting in a 6 month period.
