I'm reaching out because our team is planning to call Mr. as a witness at the trial scheduled to begin on November 29, 2021. For your records, attached please find a trial subpoena. We expect Mr. will likely be called testify closer to the end of trial in December 2021. I'll be putting Mr. on at trial, but I'm pregnant and will be out on leave for the months of September and October. As a result, I'm prepping my witnesses this summer before going out on leave. Would it be possible to schedule some times for trial prep in the coming weeks, please? Ideally, I'd like to schedule a WebEx for an initial meeting, and then a time to meet in person at our office for further prep sometime in August. Thanks, Assistant United States Atto
