We are making a final charging decision on Tuesday, but we anticipate charging the case on September 8, with the arrest following later that week. As in the Epstein case, we will want to coordinate closely with the FBI about a hotline for other victims and people with information to call. There is some possibility that this case will result in a press conference in addition to a press release. Happy to chat further, and we will know more on Tuesday, but we wanted to give you a heads up before next week.
