The PDFs are named for the specific log book. For example, Attorney Conference log book is the sign-in log located on the 3rd floor (Atty Conf); Lobby Attorney log book is the sign-in log located in the lobby (Lobby Atty log); Visual Search log book is the log located in SHU (Visual Search log); Psychology Observation log book is the log book located on the 2nd floor suicide watch area. It was completed by an inmate companion (Epstein Psych Observation 7-8-10-2019); Psychology Observation log book is the log book located on the 2nd floor suicide watch area. Finally, will you describe how you maintain the electronic folder of documents you maintain in response to all the EFTA00110265 requests for Epstein-related documents you have received? For example, do you have a folder for each request wherein you maintained copies of documents responsive to each individual request, or do you just have one folder where you maintain any Epstein dots you have received and pull whatever document you have that would be responsive to the specific request? I have 1 folder that I created in my personal directory (h: drive) which contains separate scanned documents The reason for all the questions is we have to be able to describe, in what can seem like painstaking detail, how searches were undertaken and the specific results of each search effort.
