Make sure that we follow up on Electronics Technician statement: He said that this [cameras going down] had happened in the past and was not unusual because the camera system was extremely outdated and needed to be replaced. He said that no one had access to the camera room, which was located within the SIS office, and no one could have intentionally taken the cameras offline in order to stop them from recording. • When we identify who the foreman and supervisor was, we need to ensure we address not only if they sent him home knowing the cameras were not working but also verify that no one else had access to the camera room outside of - leading into no one could have intentionally taken the cameras offline. • Need to ask the supervisors how often the cameras went down (weekly, monthly, etc.) and what steps were taken to correct the
