Attorney Douglas Mitchell, from the Law Offices of Montel Figgins, and Correctional Systems Officer BOP, MCC New York, who identified himself as Thomas's Union Representative and the President of Local 3148, were also present for the interview and served as Thomas's legal and BOP representatives.
