DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE I OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL MEMORANDUM OF INVESTIGATION Case Number: 2019-010614 Reporting Office: Boston Area Office Interview of Tova Noel On June 22, 2021, U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General (OIG), conducted a voluntary interview of Correctional Officer Tova Noel, Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) New York, New York, within the Bergen County Bar Association second floor conference room located at Attorneys Jason Foy and Eric Sarraga, Foy & Seplowitz, LLC, and Case Manage BOP, MCC New York, who identified herself as Noel's BOP Local 3148 Union Representative, were also present for the interview and served as Noel's legal and BOP representatives. The interview was conducted in reference to an official OIG investigation surrounding the death of BOP inmate Jeffrey Epstein, Register Number 76318-054, who was previously housed at the MCC New York.
