EFTA00126075 1 of 5 Rayshawn Jones 8/28/19 - chan has earlier notes - in the box since 4/16/19 in MDC on H-tier ~6 weeks, first cell on the right - can see microwaves, rec deck, visit room can hear what guards are saying, incl. at desk - counts supposed to be 4, 10, 12, 3, 5 weekdays 10am weekend - officers just walk by cell, sometimes don’t look in some officers don’t do overnight counts - on G tier (single cells) 6/8–mid July got to MCC 6/13, went to suicide watch b/c asked for blankets, cleaning supplies. There were dead mice on floor of cell, the guards w/n (would not) bring anything + d/n (do not) bring anything so covered window + then they took down to suicide watch for ~1 day - then went back to G tier, they gave a blanket, soap d/n (do not) have cleaning supplies - no one comes up to G tier, not even counselors, officer said I thought you was terrorists up here. Only time saw someone was Lt.-feeding. Some days some officer only does the count, some days they don’t even check on you. - only way you get legal calls is when Lt. Bulock walks by it’s hard to get attn. - mid to late July, moved to H-tier: kids w/ behavioral problems were flooding cells, moved all down to H-tier, other tiers - don’t have a bunkie - only time see officers on H tier before Epstein died, is when food comes - breakfast 6am - supposed to be 11, come at 1–2 - supposed to come at 5, sometimes 6:30/7 2 of 5 - eat cold food everyday ddes - normally after 10pm count officers ask officers to turn off light – usually watch news at the door b/c first cell. otherwise listen to radio, work out, read book - usually sleep from 12–3, workout at 3, then up - have an open hole underneath sink w/ waterbugs + mice coming through - never saw rounds after midnight before JE died - [REDACTED] (female) - [REDACTED] (short hair, tall, older, light skinned) always do counts + rounds - [REDACTED] does 5 + 10 pm count, but not after that + d/n (does not) do rounds - [REDACTED] - don’t do rounds, Noel, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED], [REDACTED] - rep. for beating people up - [REDACTED] usually comes in at 2, works til 9/10 – sometimes he does count + feed but not rounds - Noel – never did a round. Dudes working let her sit down. - one time RJ was listening at door - saw at gate, around 5pm, G + Noel were talking, G saw RJ was listening, and said he’s being nosy, before that saw Noel saying he’s trying to apologize, G said who, Noel said the pedophile, the rich dude. - Noel never does rounds. If they’ve worked 1 shift they know the count for next shift. - G usually works daytime, he’s the OIC. thinks he plants drugs on people [REDACTED] - fat kid from Poughkipsee told G that he met w/ prosecutors and that prosecutors asked abt [REDACTED]. - told the fat kid he was stupid for doing it. Now they are given less food, think its retaliation. 3 of 5 - saw G plant drugs twice - kids on BMB indictment. G wanted dice from kids. then G found a pack of cigarettes on kid + it was a fresh pack but kid had only been there 2 wks and RJ knew he d/n (did not) have b/c (because) he (RJ) smokes - 2016 – 11N – kid went to SHU, one was “Will” - 11N, S tier, saw [REDACTED] go in kid’s cell + found K2 in kid’s cell (Fat Mac) but kid d/n (did not) smoke K2 + d/n (did not) have bunkie - G d/n (do not) do rounds, only saw G walk tier after Epstein. - [REDACTED] – rec officer, he has so much time he thinks he’s untouchable. - [REDACTED] is the issue – b/c (because) beats people up in cell. When RJ on suicide watch told him” don’t do that again I’ll fuck you up” - Thomas – short, dark skinned, do-rag - works midnight. He does counts but not rounds. Doesn’t care about inmates. Never heard of him and contraband. - night Epstein died - fed dinner by Noel + other officer - never got trays taken out - she came by around 10 to do the count, RJ asked for lights off + did it - around 12, everyone was kicking their door, calling her bitch, yelling, asking for lights to be turned off - new officer comes in, she told him not to do rounds. Other guys on tier said that bitch is lazy she don’t want to work, RJ said you should have gotten your light turned off. She said it loud enough for everyone to hear. RJ didn’t repeat what she said. 4 of 5 - sometimes officers (REDACTED) say on Sat/Sun they aren’t doing anything for you on Sat/Sun - after new officer comes in at 12, she turns fan (or he did) and it blocked out noise) - dozed off. woke up back + forth, food cart pushed in, then hear “breathe! breathe!” Other officers comes in. - when they were walking through w/ (with) breakfast, [REDACTED] served food + dudes said you killed that dude, She said “if he is dead we’re going to cover it up and she’s going to have an alibi, my officers” - Whole H tier heard that. Mojica initiated convo. - then found out on news that JE died - officers kept saying I didn’t kill him - when people came through (regions) inmates said “miss Noel killed Jeffrey” - [REDACTED] - never rubbed RJ wrong. She does rounds but d/n (does not) walk tiers, goes to 105 but then leaves. - [REDACTED] (tall, braces) - he’s a Crip, from [REDACTED] area Bx - MPC is much more proffesional, here - he d/n (does not) care abt (about) what comes in. He searches you but says I don’t care what you bring in. Heard him say that. - [REDACTED] talks to mver + family members + rubs it in your face but other officers (6) do it on the regular. - Officer [REDACTED] - R&D - said you told on Latique [REDACTED] you’re lucky I d/n (did not) punch you in your face - [REDACTED] - bad officers 5 of 5 - after Epstein died, they have a pad right by RJ door they have to sign when they do rounds - they’re doing rounds
