Attached is the PO that we received on 9/21/2018. The gear was delivered around 30 days after that and on 11/01/2018 I sent over the paperwork for the site to submit for the IP addresses, needed to install the system. I will forward that email traffic as well. We never received the IP addresses and could not move forward with the install. It wasn't until after the incident that we were able to install the gear.
