When I went to Quantico we found that the system had lost two drives. One drive had failed a couple weeks before the second drive (I don't remember the exact date). The second drive failed on August ath, which caused the raid array to fail. The recorders are designed to allow one drive to fail, after two drives fail you lose recording. During our conversation, you stated that you were brought out to Quantico by the FBI to analyze the drives taken from the MCC in August 2019. We would appreciate it if you can provide us with a written summary/report of your findings after your examination of the drives (i.e., when the drives failed, how it failed, what actions were taken to fix the drives, if any data was recovered, etc.) Also, please provide me with a copy of any email communications you or your office had with the FBI regarding this matter. Please forward me the contact information for Jeff McKenzie and any internal logs detailing McKenzie's communication with any MCC employees between August 1, 2019 and August 20, 2019.
