(NY) Received On: 07/04/2016 Receipt Method: Telephone Incident Type: Criminal Activity Complaint Details: On 07/04/2016 at 2:16 EST, Tom Meagher, cellular telephone number , office address located in Princeton, NJ 08542, home address located in attorney to Jane Doe, contacted the Public Access Line unit to report the sexual exploitation and rape of a minor child of 13 years of age by Donald J Trump and Jeffrey E Epstein, case no.: Meagher stated that his client, Jane Doe, was enticed to cross state lines to visit with Epstein and Trump to perform sexual acts on both adult men at special parties hosted by Epstein. Doe was told that this was to further her modeling career and something that she had to do. During the summer of 1994, after her 7th grade school year ended, Doe took a three day bus trip from her father's home in the Midwest under the pretense that she would be visiting her grandmother. Doe travelled instead to New York City, NY in order to start a modeling career. Doe was initially turned down and asked to return with a portfolio at a later time. Doe was also told that she would be paid for attending the party. Tiffany mailed Doe a "buddy pass" plane ticket to fly her back to NY. Doe attended four of these parties and was paid around $500 for her attendance. Tiffany instructed Doe to use the name Katie Johnson at these parties. During the first party, Doe was asked to strip down to her underwear and give a massage to Epstein. Doe was asked by Epstein to do sexual acts, but she refused. Doe was later asked to massage the penis of Epstein's guest, Trump, with her hands. Doe was told that this was what she had to do in order to get a job and Doe complied. During the second party, Doe was asked to perform oral sex on Trump and complied. During the third party, Doe was made to perform oral sex on Trump with another young girl named . During the fourth visit, Doe was raped by Trump vaginally penetrating Doe with his penis. Epstein was angry that Trump was the one to take Doe's virginity and then went on to rape Doe by vaginal and anal penetration with his penis. Doe struggled and was struck by both men during the assault. Doe was then threatened with violence by both men to not make any report of what happened: "We'll make you disappear like ." Doe was not paid for this final party. Doe remained in contact with Tiffany after the final party and Tiffany was regretful of what young girls to attend would be coerced into would have records of happened to Doe. Tiffany's job was to recruit Epstein's parties with the knowledge that they sexual activities. Meagher stated that Tiffany Doe's visits. On 04/26/2016, Doe put together a complaint against Epstein and Trump on her own under the name she was given to use at the parties, Katie Johnson. Meagher stated that Doe's case was dismissed because Doe incorrectly filed the complaint as a civil rights violation. On 06/20/2016, Meagher took up the case and filed the complaint again under a different approach. The complaints have not yet been served to Epstein or Trump. Doe's parents were never informed of what happened to her and still are not aware.
