However, per the attached, SIS advised the footage was preserved. What search for the footage was performed prior to advising the USA0 the footage could not be found? I would recommend searching again for the missing video. I have a call with the AUSAs in 20 minutes and will advise as to what other issues arose at yesterday's hearing.
