Attempts were made to reach out to both Officers Noel and Thomas and were unsuccessful. Through communication with other staff members close to both officers we were able to check on their well being. We were notified that they both were not alone and with family and did not wish to speak to anyone at that time. Sunday, August 11, 2019 , attempts were made to do wellness checks on both Noel and Thomas and were again unsuccessful, both were not ready for any visits at that time. Monday, August 12, 2019, and made hone contact with Thomas to check on him. At approximately 3:30 P.M was able to meet with Thomas at his residence for a wellness check. Tuesday, August 13, 02019 CST conducted some walking and talking with E/W staff. Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 6:00 A.M. CST was activated. CST conducted walk and talk with M/W, D/W staff and will also conduct walk and talk with E/W staff upon their arrival to the institution. Upon completion of the walk and talk with E/W staff CST will be deactivated. Attempts are still being made to connect with Officer Noel at this time.
