Moved by staff to general population. Warden indicated the staff had not been made aware of his high profile concerns. 7/7/19: Moved to Special Housing Unit on Sunday - concerns for personal safety in general population. 7/8/19: Upon return of Psych Svc Staff on Monday, Moved to Psychology Observation for evaluation by Psych Svc Staff. PDS notes reflect on 7/9/19, suicide watch not warranted. Was under 24 hour observation during this time. 7/10/19: Returned to SHU with cell mate. Remains until 7/23.
