Please advise if you have any questions. o On 08/20/2019, FBINY/NYOIG interviewed MCC Inmate Steven Lopez regarding possible shredding of Epstein documents. Lopez stated, he had no information and no knowledge of any suspicious acts or any MCC employees shredding documents. o On 08/20/2019, FBINY/NYOIG interviewed BOP MCC guard at SDNY. refused to answer any questions and asked for an attorney. o On 08/20/2019, FBINY/NYOIG interviewed BOP MCC guard at SDNY. worked 8x4 shift in the MCC SHIJ and was not working when Epstein was found. No irregularities found in that interview. o On 08/20/2019, FBINY/NYOIG interviewed BOP MCC guard had nothing significant to add to the investigation. o On 08/20/2019, FBINY/NYOIG BOP MCC guard refused to answer any questions and requested an attorney. o On 08/20/2019, NYOIG will attempt to serve a Federal Grand Jury Subpoena on BOP MCC guard o On 08/20/2019, FBINY served search warrants on cell hone company Sprint and Verizon for the cellular phones belonging to and MCC for CDR's and subscriber information.
