VIOLENT CRIME: 305I-NY-3281048; Anthony Vega (AKA Bottom4T0p - NKP); Bronx, NY; 11141-NY (SDNY); SA Matt Deragon: On 8/5/2020, a search warrant, issued in the SDNY was executed at 111 W 183rd St, Apt 4F, Bronx, NY 10453. The residence was identified as the location from which an individual had distributed child pornography to an OCE. The individual, ultimately identified as 38 year old, ANTHONY VEGA, admitted to Agents, during the search of his apartment, that he had sent CP on multiple occasions to an OCE and other individuals on various mobile chat applications. VEGA further admitted to seeking out minors online to engage in sexual dialogue and discuss meeting for sex. An arrest of VEGA is pending a forensic examination of his devices. C-20, 305A-NY-3016542 - ABRAHAM MACHUCA-HERNANDEZ; Distribution of Child Pornography via Kik Messenger/SDNY; SA Kris Serra: On 08/06/2020, a complaint is being sworn out in the SDNY charging Machuca-Hermandez with possession of CP. Machuca-Hernandez will be arrested by C-20 on 08/07/2020 at his residence in the Bronx. Machuca-Hernandez is being re-arrested and re-charged due to SDNY dropping the original charges from his arrest in January 2019. Machuca-Hernandez was arrested in January 2019 for possession of child pornography after a search warrant was executed at his residence in the Bronx in November 2018; multiple items, including a laptop computer which contained child pornography were seized. C20, 305A-NY-2980958; RYAN RAGONESE (SDNY); C/A SA Liz Jensen: On 7/29/2020, Ryan Ragonese pled guilty in SDNY to Receipt and Possession of Child Pornography. Ragonese was arrested by C-20 on 02/28/2019 after confessing to agents and child pornography links were discovered on his cell phone. By way of background, the FBI received information regarding Ragonese's Instagram account contained child pornography. Ragonese is currently a registered sex offender due to a prior conviction of sexually abusing an eight year old girl. Ragonese is facing a mandatory 15 year minimum prison sentence C20, 305A-NY-3289680; DAVIS BURGOS-COLLAZO / DAVIS COLLAZO-BURGOS, AKA "LOVESTEVEN"; LIVEME ACCOUNT; SA Liz Jensen: On 07/24/2020 a search warrant was executed on the LiveMe account "LoveSteven." The IP address comes back to David Burgos, a registered sex offender in Queens, NY. Burgos previously served 4 years in prison for sexually abusing 3 girls between the ages of 7 and 11. C-20 plans on hitting the door within the next 2 weeks. B.
