The residence was identified as the location from which an individual had distributed child pornography to an OCE. The individual, ultimately identified as 38 year old, ANTHONY VEGA, admitted to Agents, during the search of his apartment, that he had sent CP on multiple occasions to an OCE and other individuals on various mobile chat applications.
