Please note that dates of the briefings have been switched due to Miami only having availability for their large room on October 7, 8, II, and 15. We can discuss if you believe this will be an issue. Additionally, please note the email address victims should reply to - this email name needs to be approved by New York and SDNY, if appropriate. It takes approximately 24 hours to create the name of the inbox. If this name is not suitable, please let me a new name. Also attached is a DRAFT briefing agenda. This is the framework and we can most certainly edit as appropriate. Again, VSD will pay for victim and one support person to travel to victim briefing location of their choice as well as lodging. VSD will work with each field office regarding logistics of both briefings and TDY appropriate personnel, as needed. Lastly, VSD will have a Family Briefing Document that will be tentatively available next week. I will make sure you receive that as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
