As you probably know has made multiple attempts this year to contact and has only gotten the run around from her. As recently as last week she has made an attempt with no call back even though her voicemail states her name is . Given that was recently in communications with Maxwell, and Figueroa was previously deposed we think it may just be best to subpoena all 3 of them. If you could cut us those subpoenas then early next week we can send out leads to the appropriate FBI offices and have them served ASAP.
