DOJ has been consulting and coordinating with VSD, and the VSD Program Manager, Victim Outreach Specialist, and VSs who assisted in prior briefings in Miami and New York will attend to support the victims, but will not participate in providing the briefing. DOJ will provide information about the process of federal prosecutors in the Southern District of Florida during the Epstein investigation, to include victim interactions. This information will also be presented to Congress immediately following the victim and family briefing to prevent any leaks. There will be no case updates provided at this time.
