She will be driving from her home to her mother's home and then will take the train. Mom and daughter will need someone to transport from train to hotel and from hotel to field office. Victim informed me she does not have the financial resources to pay for anything out of pocket. Victim's 4 year old daughter is also attending. Support person has expired/suspended license. Will this be an issue to get into field office?
