SA sought me out to participate in this call with her. I am also cc'ing the Squad SSA, in NYO. DOJ Attorney had the following questions for SA -Are the warrants unsealed for the federal case out of SDNY? SA told her she was unaware of the status and that would be a question for USAO-SDNY. Attorney requested that SA find out. Jam going to have SA email SONY and copy Attorney=so they can go direct with each other. -Was there CSAM and in what form? SA informed Attorney= that any CSAM was digital and only on one device. There were nude images of the victims (topless) that would not necessarily meet the definition of CSAM. -What surveillance video was there? There was limited surveillance outside of Epstein properties that observed events around the time of Epstein's arrest and suicide. There were not victims observed on this footage. Are all of the identified victims in VNS? -Yes. Attorney= was further notified by SSA and SA that a victim in the case, (Victim-Protect Identity), had testified during the trial under a court-authorized pseudonym and that Were all electronic devices imaged? Were there issues with encryption that prevented review? -Could not recall. Attorney= requested SA find out. NYO is coordinating with their CART and will respond to this request. I will advise if we receive any more requests for information from SA . Thanks.
