No. 02879-509) On April 26, 2021, (' ) attempted to schedule a legal visit on the MDC Brooklyn Legal Visiting portal - https://legalvisitmdc.skedda.com/booking. As per the procedures indicated on the website, followed up by emailing the Legal Department at BRO-LeactIVisit-S@boo.aov. Upon receiving the email from the legal assistant immediately contacted me. went multiple emails indicating he is a public notary and would like to meet with inmate Maxwell for a legal visit. Such visits are not approved. I have attached the thread of emails hereto. Routinely, the Legal Department must verify that the individuals attempting to schedule legal visits with an inmate are in fact an attorney and in good standing with the state they are registered in. Other visitors include, mitigation specialists, interpreters, and psychiatrist. They will be approved only after they have submitted an application and cleared a background check. EFTA00155109
