We wanted to give you a little update on Harris. His attorney has indicated that he wants to plead guilty, and we currently have a plea hearing scheduled for Friday at 10:30. That being said, the attorneys still need to actually talk to him and review the final plea offer with him (which is slightly different than what they had told him it would be). Given the access issues at the MDC, there's a chance it doesn't move forward or that he backs out. We should hold off on telling the victims until we have more of a sense that it will really happen, but we wanted to let you both know. We'll keep you updated as soon as we hear more from his attorneys.
