BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION The following investigation was conducted by SA Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) Detective ■ Florida on December 18, 2020: Date of entry 01/09/2021 and Palm at Delray Beach, SA explained the purpose of the meeting to and served him with a Grand Jury subpoena issued from the Southern District of New York (SDNY) commanding him to appear at the US Courthouse at 40 Foley Square, Room 220,in New York City, New York on January 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM. When advised about the subpoena and the fact that FBI New York wished to speak with him, replied that he "knew what they wanted to talk to him about." told SA that he was willing to speak with Agents and Detectives in New York and cooperate with this investigation. SA told that NYPD Detective IIII would contact him by phone on the evening of December 18, 2020. A copy of the GJ subpoena served to will be attached herein.
