Present for the interview was Assistant United States Attorneys and Special Agent and RODGERS' attorney Brendan Quigley. After being advised of the identities of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, RODGERS provided the following information: RODGERS wanted to talk about the initials "AP" on his flight logs. Upon reflection, RODGERS wrote AP for ADAM PERRY and always wrote out PRINCE ANDREW's name on the flight logs. PERRY and PRINCE ANDREW were on the same flight and the initials AP meant ADAM PERRY. RODGERS went to Eastern Kentucky University for business; he was in the ROTC. RODGERS served in the ARMY for two years on active duty. The government paid for RODGERS to get his pilot license. RODGERS worked as a flight instructor, worked three years
