Some of the transactions auditors test relate to contributions from donors. They test 20-25/year, and auditors ask for the thank you letter, so has to go get it from the philanthropy process. Used to be paper, now it's electronic b/c of Salesforce. • GX 744 reports out of Salesforce, which is used for many parts of their business (e.g. admissions, student accounts receivable).
