We did a quick search of reported misconduct from TUHS and Kaback has a recent case that was...slightly pervy. When we checked who he was, his life history was weird - he's a sub teacher but his personal history is nothing like a sub, no clear reason why he's a sub, moves in circles that are not indicative of a sub. (Google him, pull up his Linkedln, note that DOE does not appear, look at everything else.) Now that may mean nothing, but when you have a guy who is quietly in DOE schools since 2005 but also in those circles....and then today's article, it just made us say hmmmmm. We are pulling his full service history to see if he was in other schools but wanted to ensure that neither you guys or us are overlooking anything right in front of us.
