We have three outstanding inmate proffers - can you please let us know if these dates work for you?: - Johnny Contreras - His attorneys want 9/3 at 10. He was in the cell across from Epstein. He is charged with 4 MS-13 murders and will not be a cooperator but wants to provide us with information. - Santos-Felix - we are trying to set up a proffer for Wednesday, 8/28. - Rayshaun Jones - we are trying to set up a proffer for Thursday, 8/29. We do not intend to interview the other inmates in L tier.
