I also attached the complete medical report to skim (pertenant portions are in the presentation), Epstein's amended Last Will and Testament, dated August 8, 2019, as well as Epstein's last cell mate's (Efrain Reyes) statements from the proffer. Don't try to kill yourself in this cell. I don't want to wake up to find you dead. He said don't worry I'm never going to cause you trouble...." Reyes was discharged from MCC on August 9th. MCC did not replace a cell mate at that time. In 2019, we interviewed or proffered the guards and a total of 15 inmates. Out of the 15 inmates, 12 were in the vicinity of Epstein's housing unit area. 3 of which were in the cell block vicinity of Epstein. Please let me know if there is anything else you may need.
