Per ODAG office Coreen Mao (see email below) NYO does not need to send agents to DC today to assist in reviewing evidence. However, NYO agents are already en route to DC with all evidence pertaining to the Epstein suicide investigation as originally planned, and they will continue to WFO transfer the evidence. The evidence will be in place and ready for DOJ review. Agents will return to NY once transfer is completed. NYO will have all needed agents ready to deploy to DC to assist DOJ in the reviewing all evidence. Please advise if there are any questions.
