FBI NY anticipates 20-30 victims to be present during the hearing and they are expected to have the opportunity to speak. • On 08/26/2019, in addition to the victims already scheduled to be interviewed, FBI NY will interview any victim who demonstrates a willingness to speak with investigators. • On 08/26/2019, the New York Times published an article titled "The Sisters Who First Tried to Take Down Jeffrey Epstein." The article references -contact with the FBI in 1996. FBI NY determined did contact the FBI in 1996 and an FD-71 was drafted.
