I understand that, contrary to your earlier representations, you no longer intend to produce the documents that AUSA requested. In light of this change in your position, I do not believe that a meeting is warranted. While our office will usually agree to a pre-indictment meeting with defense counsel, it will do so only if it is believed that the meeting will be productive.
