For those victims who have counsel, the attorneys' contact information will be included. As you will see, the letter makes clear that neither the U.S. Attorney's Office nor the Federal Bureau of Investigation can take part in or otherwise assist in civil litigation. The Office feels that is a sufficient statement of its position and we will not include the language that you have requested. Also, a final list of victims has been sent to you today via Certified Mail.
