The ADAG authorized this recusal in accordance with United States Attorney's Manual (USAM) 3-2.170 and United States Attorney's Procedures (OM) 3-2.170.001 based upon existing conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts of interest pertaining to the matter. ADAG Margolis has assigned this matter to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida and, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.' 515(4 has directed and authorized United States Attorney Robert E.
