JEFFREY EPSTEIN OUR FILE NO.: 080303 Dear Ms. Villafana: After taking the deposition of Police Chief, it came to our attention that apparently a computer which was initially seized during the search warrant conducted on Mr. Epstein's home was returned by the FBI to a private investigator employed by Mr. Epstein. We would like to determine who this computer was returned to, and when it was returned. It would assist us greatly if you could check your records to determine when, and if, this was ever done. Additionally, according to the sworn testimony of Chief Reiter, his department was provided with a letter containing a list of potential victims of Mr. Epstein. This letter contained language pursuant to a previously unknown Federal Statute which apparently directed him to destroy the letter after reading it. We hereby request that your office advise what S
