Hold # 2010-FLS-0004 I am not aware that OPR has started any process regarding a search of e-mails of the previous U.S. Attorneys in Miami. OPR received an allegation of misconduct, and they asked for e-mails pertaining to the Epstein case, presumably so they could determine whether to open
