P. 24(a)(2) and 24(b)(1)(B), that he be permitted to intervene for the limited purpose of protecting his interests in the secrecy of matters which occurred before the federal grand juries of which he was the target. On July 19, 2013, the government filed a privilege log in response to this Court's order of June 19, 2013 (Doc. 190), in which it asserted that it could not disclose an array of materials because of the prohibition against disclosure of matters occurring before the grand jury set forth in Fed.
