We were concerned that the ten-year statute might possibly expire on crimes against our clients in approximately April of 2015. In rebuttal, Epstein's counsel contended that Epstein had signed a waiver of the statute of limitations, and so the statute would not expire in April of 2015. Can you shed any light on whether (1) Epstein has signed a waiver and/or extension of the statute of limitations for crimes against our clients and (2) if so, how long that extension was for?
